Original Hot Yoga Teacher Training
Six weeks in-studio, beginning hot yoga training. Teacher Trainees will take two classes daily and participate in dialogue clinics, posture clinics, and lectures. Upon completion of the program, trainees will have an opportunity to teach a class to the public.

This week is an opportunity for 26&2 teachers to take daily classes and dive into a thorough review of 26&2 posture technique with Esak. We will spend approximately 3-4 hours daily immersed in workshops. You are invited to practice 1 or 2 26&2 classes per day

Join Level 3 OHYA Teachers for an OHYA Teachers Continuing Education Intensive you don’t want to miss. During this 3 Day OHYA Intensive, you will experience a stellar line-up of continuing education yoga classes, workshops, and lectures, all while connecting with peers and leaders in the Original Hot Yoga community.
Lecture topics will cover an array of important teaching principles such as a review of teaching basics, mastering effective teaching tools, gaining in-depth insights to optimize your teaching, and general effective techniques to up level your OHY teaching.
You will also explore ways to incorporate practical teaching modifications and to accommodate all skill levels by cultivating inclusive environments and comprehensive classes.

Original Hot Yoga Teacher Training
The YSW Beginner’s OHY Teacher Training is a 6-week on-site program for students who have been practicing the Beginners’ OHY Class for at least 6 months in their home studios.
This program is on-site education only, happening in 3 world regions: Europe and North America and Australasia.
Each regional training program will be run by an experienced senior OHY teacher - for Europe: Level 3 OHYA Teacher Directory CBYT senior teacher Tereza Bonnet-Senkova, with the assistance of a dedicated official YSW teacher responsible for delivering information-based content each week - including other 3 CBYT senior teachers such as Lynn Whitlow, Kim Tang, Susan & Michael Houghton)

Our values are inclusion, fairness, compassion, discipline, equality, mutual respect, love and peace. In this comprehensive OHYA accredited Teacher Training, we will train you to teach the original hot yoga sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. It will be completed mostly in person and partly online with some guest lecturers from around the yoga world. Currently, we are planning for one intensive month, followed by 4 follow-up weekends with part-time posture clinics.

Rhode Island Hot Yoga Teacher Training
Take the next step on your journey and enroll in our Original Hot Yoga Teacher Training program! Trainees will meet in person once a month at our studio in Providence for our weekend intensive modules (Friday - Sunday) for 8 consecutive months. In addition to our weekend intensive sessions, we will meet remotely for 3 hours on Wednesday nights 1-2 times per month. We are proud that our graduates are now active all around New England, teaching in MA, CT, VT, and of course Rhode Island!
