26&2 Con Ed Week with Esak Garcia
This week is an opportunity for 26&2 teachers to take daily classes and dive into a thorough review of 26&2 posture technique with Esak. We will spend approximately 3-4 hours daily immersed in workshops. You are invited to practice 1 or 2 26&2 classes per day
OHYA TEACHERS Con Ed Intensive
Join Level 3 OHYA Teachers for an OHYA Teachers Continuing Education Intensive you don’t want to miss. During this 3 Day OHYA Intensive, you will experience a stellar line-up of continuing education yoga classes, workshops, and lectures, all while connecting with peers and leaders in the Original Hot Yoga community.
Lecture topics will cover an array of important teaching principles such as a review of teaching basics, mastering effective teaching tools, gaining in-depth insights to optimize your teaching, and general effective techniques to up level your OHY teaching.
You will also explore ways to incorporate practical teaching modifications and to accommodate all skill levels by cultivating inclusive environments and comprehensive classes.

Come stretch, learn, and explore with Gianna Purcell, Kathy Durham, Erin Frank, Kiley Enmark and the rest of our 105F crew at D’Alijo Retreat Center in Northern Portugal this Spring. Refresh your mind and your teaching, practice the 26+2 twice daily, join in on lectures, posture breakdowns, and meditations, and earn Original Hot Yoga Association (OHYA) continuing education credits!
